STEVE Martin has an emotional moment about the late actor John Candy.
At the end of March, Apple TV+ released its documentary, Steve! (Martin) A documentary in 2 pieces.

During the scene, the Saturday Night Live veteran recalled working with his late co-star on their 1987 road trip comedy, Planes, Trains And Automobiles.
Steve, 78, showed off the lengthy monologue from the script written by Breakfast Club director John Hughes.
“John Candy was very sensitive and very complex,” the actor recalled.
“And we loved each other.”
The Bownfinger screenwriter choked up after reciting John’s lines.
“There’s a line I love,” Steve said.
“‘I get attached to people from time to time, like with you,'” he read aloud.
“‘Especially during the holidays, I can take it in March, July, October, but it gets hard. This time I couldn’t let it go.'”
Steve shook his head and put the script back on the shelf.
