Kaia Gerber put on a stylish display in a trendy minidress as she joined some of her castmates at the official Apple TV+ Palm Royale Emmy FYC event in Hollywood on Saturday.
The supermodel, 22, who recently played her mother Cindy Crawford at the 2024 MET Gala, was seen hanging out with her co-stars including Kristen Wiig and Carol Burnett at the Hollywood Athletic Club.
The actress wore a tight minidress that contained a black skirt and a white bustier, while the hem reached a few inches above her knees.
She slipped on a pair of sleek black closed-toe heels to match the color scheme of her overall outfit.
Gerber’s brunette locks were pulled back into a sleek updo, allowing wavy locks to edge the sides of her face.
Kaia accessorized her look of the day with a delicate silver necklace and a gold watch placed on her left wrist.
Her makeup was classic and consisted of a coat of mascara on her eyelashes and a light shadow around her eyes.
A warm blush was added to her cheekbones to give her a radiant glow, while a satin nude tint was used on her lips for a finishing touch.
The star was seen striking a variety of poses as she arrived at the main venue and then crossed paths with other co-stars.
Gerber took on the role of Mitzi on the Apple TV+ series, which aired its season finale earlier this week on Wednesday.
The comedy-drama, which consisted of a total of 10 episodes, premiered the first episode of the first season a few months earlier in March.
In addition to Kaia, other stars who had been cast for the project included Kristen Wiig, Carol Burnett, Laura Dern, Ricky Martin, Leslie Bibb, Josh Lucas, Mindy Cohn, and also Bruce Dern.
The series was based on the 2018 novel titled Mr. & Mrs. American Pie, written by Juliet McDaniel.
During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter published earlier this week, the model recalled being cast on the show and reflected on her character as Mitzi.
“I started reading the book during the audition process, and then director Tate Taylor called me once I got the part and said, ‘Read the book, it’s a great book. But we base our show very loosely on it.”‘
“So Mitzi is a fictional character who comes in and has a wonderful relationship with Maxine,” he added, referring to Kristen Wiig’s character.
Kaia also talked about taking on a role in her first TV comedy, explaining that shortly before she was cast, she had just finished filming Bottoms, which was a 2023 comedy film.
“…So I felt very lucky because I had an incredible experience surrounded by comedians who I find very funny and smart,” Gerber said of his work on the film.
“Being able to go on set, just a few weeks later, and be surrounded by more comedy legends was very exciting for me.”
Regarding her character’s future, the beauty told the outlet, “I have no idea how it will progress, if at all.” ‘I’m very excited for the public to see the finale because I want to know some of the theories about it.’
‘I’m so biased towards Mitzi that I’m not the person to ask, because I have a lot of empathy for her…’
Palm Royale currently has a 71% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes and has not yet been renewed for a second season.
Other celebrities were spotted at the Emmy FYC event over the weekend, including Kristen Wiig, who donned a tan long-sleeved top and a matching skirt that stopped just below her knees.
The Bridesmaids actress slipped on a pair of white closed-toe heels and let her hair fall naturally until it almost touched the ends of her shoulders.
The SNL alum accessorized her look with gold earrings, as well as some gold bracelets and a chunky ring on her right hand.
Wiig opted for a coat of mascara on her lashes and a light pink satin tint on her lips for a finishing touch.
Carol Burnett looked radiant in a black turtleneck sweater and a pair of black pants. She completed the ensemble with a vibrant red jacket that added a pop of color to the monochromatic look.
The Carol Burnett Show star also opted for gold jewelry that consisted of earrings, a long necklace, and striking bracelets. To give it the finishing touch, the comedian put on a pair of black closed-toe shoes.
While posing for photos at the event, Carol was seen crossing paths with Wiig, and the pair stopped to take a memorable photo together.
Josh Lucas was also seen on the red carpet in a light blue jacket and a pair of matching pants.
Underneath, the Sweet Home Alabama actor wore a cream polo shirt and slipped on a pair of brown leather loafers.
Bruce Dern, who is also the father of actress Laura Dern, flashed a cheerful smile while wearing a light blue shirt and black leather jacket.
The star also wore a pair of dark brown pants and opted for a pair of black shoes to complete her outfit.
At one point, some of the cast members who attended the event gathered for a group photo.
Shortly before appearing at Saturday’s event, Kaia kept busy and recently attended the 2024 MET Gala in New York earlier this week on Monday.
The model wore a figure-hugging Prada dress made from a dazzling white sequin material.
Gerber slipped on a pair of white peep-toe strappy heels that were partially hidden by the hem of the dress.
Her long, voluminous locks were swept away from her face and styled in voluminous waves, channeling her mother, Cindy Crawford’s ’90s hairstyle.
She accessorized her look with a diamond necklace that contained a large pink pendant on the front.
The star also wore a pair of matching drop earrings, as well as a chunky ring on her right hand for a statement touch.
Kaia struck a variety of poses as she arrived at the event, but she wasn’t accompanied by her boyfriend, Austin Butler.
The couple, who were first romantically linked in 2021, attended the gala together in 2022. However, last year, the couple did not attend.
