According to police statements, the Colombian woman was lying dying in the street when the authorities and emergency services arrived.
However, the 35-year-old woman died hours later from multiple traumas.
The attacker was apparently arrested by the authorities, but his name has not yet appeared in the official police bulletin in the city. However, a source was able to confirm that the Mexican turned himself in to the authorities when he saw himself cornered.
